Traditional Native American Use of Plants as food

by

Excellent book on the traditional Native American use of many wild plants and cultivated plants as a food that can also be medicine. Recipes are easy to prepare and delicious. Especially love the 3 sisters stew. You will want to add many of Sherman's suggestions to your garden!
