Amazing wonderful marvelous these beans!!!
I bought a bag of these a couple of years ago and just got around to cooking them. They are AMAZING!!! So rich and creamy. I cooked mine with half a shallot, a clove if garlic rough chopped, rosemary, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes with chicken broth and plenty of olive oil to finish it. Makes me wish I could get my hands on some good crusty bread to eat it with but a hand full of croutons, fresh grated parmagiano reggiano and a drizzle of olive oil we’re still heavenly. Will definitely make these again!!!! I can’t wait to get more of these beans they are HUGE!!! Much bigger than any cannellini beans I have ever seen.
