Early color in the garden!

by

Love these peppers!! They turn to the deep purple before they even finish filling out. I grew a variety of colored peppers this year (oranges, yellows, chocolates, reds, purple) and this is my favorite specifically because it turns from green to the purple so early in the game - waaaay before my oranges/yellows/reds did. The taste is wonderful - a little “sweeter” than the normal green bell pepper. I am a huge fan of these and will grow more than 3 plants next year. I highly recommend! (Zone 7b, piedmont NC area)

Here to order again--love these peppers. We ordered these last year and grew from seed. They grew easily all summer with a great yield, all the way to the fall, and ours were disease free. The taste is great too, used as a green pepper. Something fun about these is they are so easy to notice and keep track of as they are growing, compared to green peppers.
