The Must-have mustard green!

by

I planted this mustard variety earlier this year and have really fallen in love with the flavor and high yield. The mustard grew quickly and has a bright refreshing flavor. It easily replaced lettuce for me this Summer. It tolerated heat and pest well. My mustard fared the white cabbage moths much better than my collards and kale. I live in SE Iowa and grew the mustard in a raised bed in MG’s raised bed soil. I also planted SSE’s hyakka mustard green and found this to be a better performer in the garden and in the kitchen.
