The surprise is they're not pink!! Mine grew tinged with a deep orange, not the advertised pink. But, that didn't make them any less gorgeous...maybe more so, unless your heart is set on pink. I grew three varieties of calendula this year and these were, by far, my favorite. They also did not reach the full 22" height potential listed on the packet, probably due to the fact it pains me to thin my seedlings and they were overcrowded. But, as they were a container solely devoted to this variety, I wasn't depending on them to be a particular height and enjoyed them thoroughly even at their shorter stature. Strong, beautiful, healthy plants with full flowers. Will definitely use again!
