Fun and easy, not great on flavor

by

These are beautiful plants with lots of adorable mini bells that really do look like chocolates. Lose a star for flavor which is almost bitter. Recommend only if you have to space to grow something for the fun of it.

Outstanding Survival Garden Variety

by

When it comes to a survival garden, the heirloom mini bells (all colors) are highly productive/resistant to diseases/ rot.... We've found them to be much more productive than any of there variety (especially larger types). Regarding taste, they are tasty (unless you are fussy). You can also make them tastier (as with anything), if you know how to cook... sauteed with butter, coconut oil, Himalayan sea salt, garlic, culinary herbs. They are to die for!!!! : ) Perfect for pickling, stuffing, dehydrating for winter/survival food preservation.

My family and I highly recommend!!!

New favorite!

by

These are the tastiest, sweetest peppers I've ever eaten! Mine definitely did not lack in flavor. My daughter even likes them, and she hates peppers. They take quite a while to ripen, however. The first peppers took around two months to ripen, but they seem to ripen more quickly after the first round. This is most definitely a prolific pepper variety. It is still producing and looks extremely healthy after four months. I grew mine in a pot on my covered back deck. It gets about five hours of evening sun, and has weathered me forgetting to water it several times. It also seems to be very resistant to disease and insects. I'm very impressed with this variety and will definitely be including them in my garden from now on.

Worked well hydroponically

by

Grew these in an Aerogarden Sprout that isn't really meant for full-height peppers, and even so am getting a reasonable yield. Tastes great, looks like they are about 75% of the size they would be in the ground with plenty of vertical space. Planning to try again later in a taller hydroponic system.
