(Solanum lycopersicum) Developed in the late 1800s by James Chalk of Norristown, Pennsylvania, introduced in 1910. A great standard, main-crop variety. Heavy yields of round, 4-6 ounce red fruits. Good flavor balance. Indeterminate, 70–80 days from transplant.
