Minkey of Darien, Wisconsin. Large beefsteak fruits
weigh one pound or more. Sweet juicy flesh with a
hint of spiciness. Ready to harvest when soft to the
touch and yellow-green in color. Indeterminate,
80-95 days from transplant.
