Dry beans are a great source of protein and have been used as a food staple for thousands of years. Culinary beans are a healthy, tasty addition to soups or salads and make great gifts! Unlike the beans purchased for growing in your garden, cooking beans have not been germination tested, but are packaged according to the Food Industry's Good Manufacturing Practices.
Seed Savers Exchange is a tax-exempt, 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of heirloom seeds.
