(Levisticum officinale) Greenish-yellow
flowers, used extensively in preparing soups and salads. The leaves, stems, and seeds all taste like celery. Perennial in zones 3-8.

Transplant outdoors after danger of frost has passed
in late spring. Can also be directly sown outdoors
just before last spring frost. Prefers average welldrained
soil and will tolerate dry conditions.
