The stunning double flowers of this breadseed poppy are coral-pink and reach 2-2 ½' tall. All plant parts except the seeds are toxic.

The best performing P. somniferum in my garden this year, first to bloom, most buds, lushest foliage. The color is a saturated warm red.

A stunner

What a gorgeous poppy! Every seed germinated and I gave shovels full away! They do not transplant well but most of them made it….the original planting bloomed today ..July 11 and they are absolutely stunning. The color is not red but a red /blue/orange. Blossoms are smaller than some poppies but the vibrancy makes up for that. Love love them

A Friend’s family poppy!

This is a beautiful red coral poppy from the Romanian family of my friend Valeria Dukelow who met an untimely death a few years ago. The poppy is as beautiful as she was. A stunning poppy with beautiful fringed edges on the petals.
