To register for Member Field Day you must be an active member of Seed Savers Exchange.
If you are a member already please login before continuing, otherwise a 1 year SSE Membership ($40) will be added to the cart along with your Member Field Day registration.
Additional guests in your party do not need to be members.

Is there a registration deadline?
Pre-registration is preferred. There is no registration deadline for the Conference, but meals must be purchased ahead of time and lodging is not guaranteed unless purchased ahead of time.
Youth at the Conference
Youth registration (ages 2-15) is $60 and includes meals. There will be activities available for ages 6-12; including workshops, play and adventures in nature! Registration is required for participation. Children ineligible for the youth activities are welcome to “shadow” their parents for the weekend. 16+ require full conference registration.
What meals are included (registration with meals)?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on Saturday. Breakfast/lunch will be served on Sunday. Attendees are welcome to bring their own meals.
Can meals be purchased upon arrival?
In order to plan for sufficient quantity, meals need to be purchased before July 10th.
Can lodging be purchased upon arrival?
We cannot guarantee housing will be available upon arrival - we encourage you to secure a campsite or Luther College room in advance.
Can I register for the Member Field Day only?
If you are a member of Seed Savers Exchange but are unable to attend the Conference & Campout, we welcome you to register for just the Member Field Day. Please give us a call : 563.382.5990.
Will I be refunded if I cannot attend?
Cancellations must be made by June 30th, refunds after that will incur a 15% processing fee. No refunds will be given after July 16th.
*Media will cover this event. By attending the conference you authorize Seed Savers Exchange to use likenesses of all members of your group for promotional purposes.

Need a place to stay? Camp at Seed Savers Exchange for the ultimate intimate conference experience. (Limit two vehicles maximum per campsite.)
If you do not feel like staying in a tent, Luther College has offered dormitories and will provide shuttle services to and from the conference.

Luther rooms come with two twin beds and A/C. There are 90 beds available (45 rooms). Children can stay in their parents' bedroom for free if they bring their own sleeping bags/pillows/linens. Check in after 2pm Friday, July 17th. Check out before 8am Sunday, July 19th.
